What we collect, why, and who else sees it. Written to be read, not scrolled past.
The short version
We keep what we need to send you a frame and answer your email, nothing more. No advertising trackers, no selling of data. Photos in the try-on never leave your device.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- When you order: your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought. We need this to fulfil the contract with you: ship the order, send the confirmation and the tracking link, and handle a return. We keep order records for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it.
- Payment: our payment provider processes your payment details. We only receive confirmation that you paid. We never see your card number or bank details.
- When you email us: your email address and what you wrote, so we can answer. We delete the conversation when it is no longer needed, at the latest after 2 years.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security, for a short period. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
The try-on
The virtual try-on runs entirely in your browser. Your photo or camera image is analysed on your own device and is never uploaded, stored or seen by us. Close the page and it is gone.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no tracking cookies. Your shopping bag is stored in your browser's local storage on your device only, so it is still there when you come back. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
Who else sees your data
- Our payment provider, to process the payment.
- PostNL, to deliver the parcel. They receive your name, address and, for delivery updates, your email address.
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger, EU datacenter), which stores the website and its logs.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which sees your IP address. We are working on serving the fonts ourselves.
We share nothing else, and we never sell data. All these parties process data under a contract, inside the EU where possible.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy, or object to how we use it. Email us and we answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Order data lives with our payment and hosting providers, who protect it as required by the GDPR.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it.
